Hey all, long time no blog!

Rose City Comic Con:
As keen eyed readers might have spotted in the side bar, I'll be exhibiting at Rose City Comic Con in Portland, September 20-21. My table is G-11 in the Artist Alley and I've made a con map that shows where exactly G-11 is. You'll be able to spot me by the big ol' blue banner with Monday and Foyle on it :)

I will be there with my mini comics, my little book 'o burlesque lifedrawings, both Erstwhile volumes, prints from Missing Monday and Erstwhile, and tiny original watercolors! If you already have one of my books you can also bring it by and I'll sketch in it for you.

I do also take commissions, in advance and on site, for tiny watercolors. Contact me by email (cozyfire @ gmail) or swing by early in the weekend if interested.

Not able to find me at cons but still want to pick up my minicomics? Good news, I've got ebooks of my minicomics available for purchase through gumroad. No Missing Monday books/minicomics yet, but I'm hoping to change that in the very near future ;)

Other Comics:
I recently finished my long-running journal comic, Littlest Elle, after seven years :) The archives will remain free to read online for the foreseeable future.

My newest fairytale comic, the Twelve Huntsmen, is almost complete! You can check it out over at the Erstwhile site.

Took a walk down memory lane thinking about how this comic got started. I was going to blog, but then I ended up blogging via journal comic instead :)

Funny how the creative process isn't ever straight forward, right?

In hindsight, I think it's probably good I was able to mature as a writer before this comic launched ;)

Missing Monday has officially been online for three years now :) As always, please enjoy some gratuitously adorable Monday/Foyle celebration art.

Foyle really is that short.
Thanks everybody for reading along with me this far! I can't wait to jump into year 4, I think it should be a fun one *grin*

MM's anniversary is coming up on the Ides of March. My, how the time flies! I'm proud of what I've achieved this past year and I'm going to try and push myself to accomplish even more in 2014 :) Here's hoping!

A Character Page recently got added to the menubar. (Finally, amirite?) It's basically names and blurbs for all the important cast members to help you guys keep track of who's who.

If you poke around enough webcomics, you might be familiar with It's a giant links list for webcomics that ranks comics based on reader votes. I've added a button to the sidebar that lets you vote for Missing Monday if you're into that sort of thing :) Everyone who votes gets to see a special bonus sketch as a reward. This month's incentive is a concept sketch of Monday and Foyle from the very beginnings of the story back in 2007 because I love seeing how character designs evolve.

One of the other webcomics I work on, the Erstwhile fairytale anthology, is kickstarting a second print collection of our comics! Speaking from experience, volume 1 has some serious bookshelf appeal so volume 2 should be awesome :)

The collection will include my versions of Brother & Sister and Death of the Little Hen. There are also some great incentives for backers, like art commissions, plushies of one of my characters from the Singing Springing Lark, and some paper dolls drawn by Louisa! If we reach our first stretch goal I'll also be drawing a short comic about some super lazy princes :D

EDIT: Thank you so much to everyone for supporting this project and helping us reach our goal! We couldn't have done it without you :3
